It does seem to work, but I am having very vivid dreams, more so than I have ever experienced. Has anyone used this preparation? If so I would appreciate hearing about your experiences. Any other info would be helpful as well.

I have used it for that...lucid dreaming. It is similar to the drug Levadopa in that it permits lucidity in dreams. It is one of the more esoteric uses of St. John's Wort.

Ingest it...try tea. You should really have some experience in a dram practice first else you really don't know the effects. It is not a short-cut to lucid dreaming...it is an aid. The historical uses of St John's Wort provide some hint as to it's uses against wards, spells and dream attacks. Again, try ingesting it...good start.
