Just a quick note here...my chiro recently suggested I increase my magnesium and B-6 intake to counteract my PMS symptoms of irritability and anger which identified itself by my wanting to bite nails (gnashing of teeth so to speak) Its only been a couple of months but seems to be doing the trick...

You could try vitamin B6 + B12 caps, I was put on them for a while and they definately helped. A "slow release" formula is best otherwise your body just flushes out the excess.
