I know of two herbs that have helped others in the past.

Make two cups of a strong tea of yarrow or decoction of oak bark and put it in the bathtub. Fill the tub until your legs are covered with water as warm as you can take it. Sit until the water cools.

Use yarrow for less severe cases but be aware that it can cause sun sensitivity.

Oak bark is best for really knotted veins that stand out.
