Aromatic Castor Oil 30.00 | 6 fl. ounces
Gum Acacia, in powder 7.50 | 1 ½ ounces
Distilled Water ... to 100.00 | to 20 fl. ounces

Triturate the aromatic castor oil with the gum acacia, add all at once twice as much distilled water as the gum acacia used, make a primary emulsion, and add distilled water in small quantities up to the required volume.
Dose.—30 to 60 mils (1 to 2 fluid ounces).
