Lepargyraea. Shepherdia argentea Nutt. Buffalo Berry. Bull Berry. Grains de Boeuf, Fr.—The acidulous fruit of this plant, of the Fam. Eleagnaceae, produced in great profusion in the region of the upper Missouri, is largely used as an article of food. According to Henry Trimble, it contains a little more acid than currants. (A. J.
