You might try a poultice of plantain (the weed that grows side-by-side in your lawn with dandelion) to draw the poison out. Plantain is a low-growing herb that sends up a flower stock with inconspicuous flowers.

If there is heat with the swelling, try monarda fistulosa in any form. If you make a tea, take some of it internally and wet a dish towel with the rest to wrap the arm in.
