Yes!!! love 'em!! I sell alot of hops (bulk) in my shop. We use them in sleep pillows, with lavender, chamomile & red roses...hops is very rich in volatile oils- they are released by the pressure of sleeping on the pillow and affect the brain directly throught the olfactory center. Also in a bath bag with a similar mixture. Our skin actually absorbs the volatile oils while we soak in the water, try it, you'll like it!! It can be steeped or infused as tea with scullcap (always remember to cover your cup while it is steeping to keep the volatile oils in)... there are some great "night teas"out there.... check out Traditional Medicinals ..always look for one with hops in it. Hops is often an herb found in combo's used to assist sleep, I use a Valerain/Hops combo as I suffer horrible insomnia...can't reduce any more stress in my life, so I'll take the help getting to sleep...hops & valerian put the lights out....and no "drug hangover"...
