Site update.

I've reorganized the /plants/ entries and added some best of the herbal archives

Plants entries: They've been in the format /plants/genus-species. They're now in the format /plants/genus/species.html, cos I grew tired of switching back and forth with every try at making a new site CD.

Site CD: There's a new version now.

Eclectic pic pages: Are now called /eclectic/tome/pics/image.html, instead of /eclectic/tome/pics/image.gif.

Best of the herbal archives: I've added a few months from 2003.

Plus some more Pereira and a few other minor twitches and additions, and that's about it.
