> Does anyone have a good herbal remedy for bladder infections? I've always been told goldenseal was good but when I went to find a reference for a friend who'd asked me about it, couldn't find anything except uva ursi. Anyone? (I know -- as does she -- about cranberry juice).
Any type of bladder infection, or irritation will benefit from taking demulcents on a regular basis.
Barley water is easiest.
I like Corn Silk tea (Zea Mays stigmas) because it also protects the kidnies. (It can be mixed with other herbs- choice depending on the type of cystitis you have).
