Moisten the powder with 30 (6 fluid ounces) of the alcohol, and percolate until exhausted. Reserve the first 85 (17 fluid ounces) of percolate, distil the alcohol from the remainder, dissolve the residue in the reserved portion, and make up to the required volume with, alcohol.
Dose.—6 to 15 decimils (0.6 to 1.5 milliliters) (10 to 25 minims).
