just a short note on an Irish remedy for ridding oneself of a wart. Unfortunately, it involves slugs, so it may not be ammenable to some people. Basically, you take a slug, let it walk over the said wart, then impale it on a thorn on a nearby hedge. As the slug dies, so will the wart.

Can't guarantee its efficiency, but I'm assured it works.
